All prices displayed on the Website include VAT. They do not include shipping costs (if there are any), which will be itemised separately, during the payment process, as a function of the destination, total volume of the order and desired method of shipping.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PURCHASE TO ARRIVE?
Todos los pedidos se preparan en 24/48 horas. Al añadir unos días de tránsito en transporte, puedes calcular la entrega a domicilio o recogida en oficina de Correos entre 3 y 5 días laborables.
WHERE WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
At the delivery address that you indicate to us. We cannot delivery to Post Office boxes.
Remember that, if you wish, you can indicate a delivery address different from the billing address. This is very useful in cases in which you wish to make a gift, if you are easier to find at work than at home, if you prefer that we deliver it to a friend or neighbour or if you are going to stay for a while away from your usual residence.
HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE FOR A PURCHASE?
We ship free starting from 70 euros, and we always use the shipping agency most suitable for your area.
IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?
If you are not at your residence at the moment of delivery, they will contact you to arrange a new delivery without additional cost.
I AM NOT CONTENT WITH MY ORDER. CAN I RETURN IT OR EXCHANGE IT?
Yes. You can return your purchase for any reason, without questions. You can return or exchange your products as long as they have not been used, and they are found in their original packaging, with the labels in perfect state.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT THAT I HAVE PURCHASED AT BIOXAN.ES?
Returns and exchanges on the peninsula and Balearic Islands: you have a period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to return it and/or to proceed to its exchange. Please contact our Customer Service Centre at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will come to pick up your purchase at the delivery address that you indicated.
In the returns or exchanges with home pick-up, the customer must pay the shipping fees deriving from the return. These fees will be deducted at the moment of return from the amount of the original purchase.
In no case will the shipping fees be reimbursed.
